According to The Block, Grayscale has submitted a Worldcoin ETF registration statement to the U.S. SEC on July 21. The Grayscale Worldcoin ETF will hold the World Network's native token WLD as a passive investment vehicle, with each share value designed to reflect the WLD holdings minus fees and liabilities. If approved, the ETF will list on Nasdaq, with Bank of New York Mellon serving as transfer agent and BitGo Bank & Trust as custodian.
