The group aims to digitalize and streamline transactions across all asset classes, supporting efficient resource allocation and state-asset value preservation. Hebei Element Exchange Group was restructured from Hebei Bidding Group, which operates three professional platforms handling over one trillion yuan in engineering projects annually and has served over one million professionals across 6,000 enterprises.
