Hong Kong AI Startup GIM Closes $20M Series A Led by Hony Capital, IDG Capital

According to GIM, Grace Investment Machine (GIM), a Hong Kong-based AI investment technology company, closed a US$20 million Series A round on July 9. The funding was co-led by Hony Capital and an unnamed US venture capital firm, with participation from IDG Capital and existing investor Monolith Capital. GIM develops agentic systems and foundation models for capital markets, building multi-agent systems that generate and validate investment signals across multiple asset classes and markets.
