According to Foresight News, Hong Kong-based Web3 services provider Web3Labs Global has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) seeking to raise up to $28 million through an initial public offering. The company plans to issue 6.3 million shares at a price range of $4 to $5 per share, valuing the firm at approximately $141 million at the midpoint. Web3Labs Global, founded in 2017, recorded $2 million in revenue over the 12 months ended December 31, 2025, and plans to list on Nasdaq under ticker symbol MDAT.
