Hyundai Announces Physical AI Vision, Establishes Silicon Valley AVP Headquarters on July 24

According to Yonhapinfomax, Hyundai Motor Group Chairman Chung Euisun announced the company's Physical AI vision on July 24 at the San Francisco AI Summit. The vision extends beyond individual device intelligence to city-level integrated intelligence through connected systems across vehicles, robots, and manufacturing processes. Hyundai also established a Silicon Valley headquarters under its Advanced Driver Assistance Platform division and appointed Jeremy Ma, a veteran from NASA, Apple, Toyota Research Institute, and Nvidia, to lead the new office.
