According to KeyBanc and FactSet, Intel's 18A process yield has surged to 85% from 65% in the prior quarter, narrowing the gap with TSMC's N2 process yield of approximately 90% and significantly outperforming Samsung's SF2 process at 50-60%. The company has secured design orders from AMD, Nvidia, Marvell, Microsoft, Micron, and OpenAI.

Intel's EMIB-T advanced packaging yield has also reached 98%, matching TSMC's CoWoS technology performance. KeyBanc raised Intel's price target from $110 to $155, citing strong AI server demand, improved engineering yields, increased design wins, and product price increases as key growth drivers.
