Iran Calls for Lifting U.S. Sanctions, Asset Unfreezing; States It Seeks Legitimate Rights, Not Concessions

GateNews
According to Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman Baghaei on May 22, Iran is claiming legitimate rights restoration rather than additional concessions from the U.S. Baghaei stated that Iran has endured what it describes as "crippling sanctions" over decades, imposed under the pretext of an "Iranian nuclear threat," while emphasizing Iran poses no nuclear threat to any nation. Iran is demanding the U.S. cease what it calls "criminal acts" against the Iranian people, lift sanctions, and unfreeze Iranian assets.
