Iran Considers Response to U.S. Peace Plan, Accuses U.S. of Violating Ceasefire

According to Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman Baghaei, on May 8, Iran is considering its response to the U.S. "plan to end hostilities" while accusing the U.S. of violating international law and ceasefire agreements through military operations from May 7 evening to May 8 morning.

Baghaei stated that negotiations are ongoing and Iran will announce the final outcome once reached. He claimed Iran has already "dealt heavy blows" to the adversary and noted the current situation is in a "nominal ceasefire state." Iran's armed forces are fully prepared and closely monitoring developments, ready to respond if necessary.
