According to Bloomberg, Iran has destroyed over 20 U.S. MQ-9 Reaper drones operated by the military in the ongoing conflict, resulting in nearly $1 billion in losses. Confirmed reports indicate the actual number of destroyed aircraft may range from 24 to 30 units when including aircraft scrapped after damage. The drones were destroyed through multiple methods including direct air defense fire at mid-altitude, ground-based missile strikes, and operational accidents.
