GateNews

On May 8, Iran’s ambassador to China, Abdolreza Rahmani Fazli, held a press conference in Beijing and responded to reports of Chinese vessels being attacked in the Strait of Hormuz. “We will never open fire on vessels of countries that are our friends and maintain deep strategic relations with us,” Fazli said. He added that some parties appear to be attempting to undermine the positive outcomes of recent talks between Iranian and Chinese foreign ministers by spreading such reports and incidents.
