According to Reuters, Iran's Supreme Leader Khamenei directed today (May 21) that the country's enriched uranium stockpile must not be exported abroad. Two Iranian sources stated the directive reflects consensus among Iranian officials, who believe transferring nuclear material overseas would make Iran more vulnerable to attacks by the United States and Israel.
