Japanese Healthtech Startup Iwg Raises $1.8M in Pre-Series A Led by Golden Gate Ventures

According to its official statement, Tokyo-based healthtech startup Iwg recently raised US$1.8 million in a pre-Series A funding round led by Golden Gate Ventures, with participation from Antler. This marks Golden Gate Ventures' first investment in Japan from Fund IV.

Founded in 2020, Iwg develops cloud-based healthcare collaboration software. Its DOCloud platform enables hospitals and healthcare providers to securely share medical data and integrate with existing healthcare IT systems.
