Keel Infrastructure (KEEL) climbed 10% in its first hour of trading on Monday after appointing Ganesh Aiyer, former chief business officer of Digital Realty, as president. Aiyer brings two decades of experience in data center operations across hyperscale, cloud and enterprise sectors, having previously held senior roles at Schneider Electric and Dell Technologies.
Aiyer will oversee commercial expansion and pipeline activities as Keel continues its shift from bitcoin mining to AI infrastructure. The company reported a $145 million first-quarter net loss in May while restructuring operations and exiting Latin America. Keel shares have gained over 120% since its April rebrand from Bitfarms.
