Keyrock Acquires Bankrupt BlockFills for $3.25M, Pending Court Approval

According to CoinDesk, Belgian digital asset services firm Keyrock is acquiring bankrupt crypto trading and lending company BlockFills for $3.25 million, pending court approval. Keyrock will assume substantially all assets, certain liabilities, equity stakes, customer lists, and proprietary technology and intellectual property of BlockFills. BlockFills filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in March with reported liabilities of $100 million to $500 million and assets of $50 million to $100 million. The acquisition will provide Keyrock access to BlockFills' institutional client network, including hedge funds, asset managers, market makers, and mining firms.
