WeHub Acquires 65% Stake in Korean Digital Exchange, Expands Tokenized Asset Business

According to Foresight News, Korean payment solutions company WeHub and its major shareholder Yang Jae-seok recently signed an agreement to acquire stakes in Korean Digital Exchange, the operator of crypto trading platform Flybit. WeHub will purchase a 40% stake while Yang Jae-seok acquires 25%, enabling WeHub to expand its business into both tokenized real-world assets and virtual assets.
