Korea Exchange Launches Consulting for KONEX Firms Planning KOSDAQ Transfer-Listing

Today (July 20), Korea Exchange launched a customized consulting program for KONEX-listed companies planning to transfer-list to KOSDAQ, according to the exchange. Applicants can submit requests until July 31, with selected companies to be notified by August 7.

Since launching the initiative in 2022, the exchange has provided consulting to 31 companies, with 8 successfully completing KOSDAQ transfer-listings. The consulting includes due diligence, issue identification, and feedback on gaps and improvement measures.
