Lebanon, U.S., and Israel Extend Ceasefire 45 Days as Israeli Strikes Kill 12 on May 15

According to Lebanon's delegation statement on May 15, the Lebanese, U.S., and Israeli delegations reached what Lebanon called diplomatic progress following two days of talks in Washington, with all parties agreeing to extend a ceasefire by 45 days.

On the same day, Israeli military carried out airstrikes on multiple locations in southern Lebanon, resulting in at least 12 deaths.
