Mizuho Reaffirms $320 Target for Oracle on July 21, Cites Undervaluation

ORCL-1.57%
According to CNBC on July 21, global investment bank Mizuho maintained an Outperform rating on Oracle (NYS:ORCL) and reaffirmed a $320 price target, citing the stock's attractive risk-reward profile despite recent declines. Oracle has dropped approximately 38% since the start of 2026 amid debt concerns and credit rating downgrade. Mizuho analyst Panigrahi noted that Oracle trades at a discount to comparable infrastructure peers despite outpacing their growth, and currently trades at 14x 2027 Non-GAAP earnings per share, offering maximum valuation appeal.
