MoonPay Launches MoonAgents Card for AI Agents on Mastercard Network

According to The Block, MoonPay launched MoonAgents Card on Friday, a virtual Mastercard debit card that converts stablecoins to fiat in real time at the point of payment. The card is issued through Monavate, a regulated payments platform and Mastercard principal member, in partnership with Exodus Movement, a self-custodial wallet provider. Unlike existing stablecoin debit cards, MoonAgents Card integrates directly with onchain wallets, allowing AI agents and users to spend without preloading funds or moving assets offchain. Declined transactions return funds immediately to the wallet, and users retain full custody throughout.

The card is currently available in the UK and Latin America through MoonPay CLI, with U.S. and EU rollout planned for the coming months.
