NATO Commits €70B Support for Ukraine in 2026; Russian Oil Tankers Hit in Sea of Azov

According to NATO summit statements and reports compiled by Jin10, NATO member states committed to providing €70 billion in support for Ukraine in 2026 on July 8-9.
