According to Cointelegraph, New Hampshire's Bureau of Financial Advisors (BFA) will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 9, regarding the issuance of a $100 million Bitcoin-backed bond. The bond requires final approval from the state governor and a five-member executive committee. CleanSpark, a private borrower, will provide collateral, with no recourse to state funds or taxpayers. Moody's assigned the bond a preliminary Ba2 rating (speculative grade) in March.
