NewGenIVF Invests Additional $4M in K25.ai, Valuing AI Streaming Platform at $100M

According to PRNewswire, Nasdaq-listed NewGenIVF Group Limited invested an additional $4 million in K25.ai today (June 6), bringing its total investment to $6 million at an implied valuation of $100 million. K25.ai is an AI-native live streaming and prediction market platform.

As part of the strategic investment, K25.ai founder and CEO Andy Cheung and two co-founders will join NewGen's board of directors. The new capital will be used to accelerate product development and drive the integration of AI, live streaming, digital assets, and prediction markets.
