Nokia Issues €500M Senior Notes at 3.625% Due 2032

According to Odaily, Nokia today completed the issuance of €500 million in senior unsecured notes under its Euro Medium-Term Note programme, with a fixed annual coupon rate of 3.625% and maturity date of June 5, 2032. The notes will be listed on the regulated market of Euronext Dublin. Nokia stated the net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including the early redemption of €500 million in existing notes bearing a 3.125% coupon and maturing in May 2028.
