GateNews
According to China's Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning, on May 28, North Korea's foreign ministry stated it will absolutely not abandon nuclear weapons, in response to the Quad's (U.S., Japan, India, Australia) recent emphasis on denuclearization.
