NYSE Parent ICE Announces Computing Power Futures Contract with Ornn Partnership

According to ChainCatcher, the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), parent company of the New York Stock Exchange, announced plans to launch futures contracts tracking computing power costs supporting the AI industry. ICE will partner with financial infrastructure company Ornn to develop derivative pricing frameworks based on its GPU cost index, which will underpin the computing power futures contract. The product remains subject to regulatory approval.
