OpenClaw v2026.5.20 Reconstructs Execution Authorization, Adds Discord Voice Integration

According to Beating, open-source terminal programming agent OpenClaw released v2026.5.20 with a reconstructed execution authorization mechanism and deep Discord real-time voice integration. The new version removed legacy execution allowlists and upgraded security to require verified Skill file loading through dedicated tools, blocking non-standard script execution vulnerabilities.

Discord voice sessions now support dynamic user-following functionality, allowing AI to intelligently track specified users across voice channels. The system injects profile and role context files by default to enhance voice interaction realism. Additionally, a built-in Policy strategy plugin enables channel consistency checks, and support for per-Agent local model optimization was added. The bundled Codex suite upgraded to version 0.132.0, fixing scheduled task conflicts and encryption response losses.
