According to Pakistan's Foreign Ministry spokesperson Andelab on July 16, Pakistan called on the United States and Iran to cease military operations and resume technical-level talks. The Foreign Ministry emphasized that all parties should exercise maximum restraint and refrain from actions that could further destabilize the region. Pakistan stressed that dialogue remains the only path to lasting peace and stability, citing the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding signed by the U.S. and Iran last month as a framework for promoting mutual respect and shared prosperity.
