According to Xinhua, Pakistan's Defense Minister Khawaja Asif said on May 26 that Pakistan will not join the Abraham Accords, which aims to normalize relations between Israel and Arab states, because the agreement conflicts with Pakistani principles. Asif stated that Pakistan's position is clear and no action has been taken in this regard. Pakistan has not established diplomatic relations with Israel.
