POLYMARKET-10.13%
UMA-4.44%
According to Polymarket officials, a private key used for internal deposit configurations and leaked over six years led to unauthorized fund transfers. The platform has completed private key rotation and recovered all production environment permissions. Going forward, Polymarket plans to migrate all private keys to a key management service (KMS) and discontinue traditional storage methods. The UMA contract and user funds remain secure, with platform operations unaffected.
