Qiyunshan Clears Hong Kong Listing Hearing on June 24, Controls 29% of China's Sour-Jujube Snack Market

According to prospectus data, Jiangxi Qiyunshan Food Co. on June 24 passed Hong Kong Stock Exchange's listing hearing, sponsored by China Tai International. The company previously submitted a listing application in June 2025 that lapsed.

Qiyunshan holds 29% market share of China's sour-jujube food market, ranking first among competitors, though it represents only 0.56% of the broader fruit snack category. From 2023 to 2025, the company posted revenues of 247 million, 339 million, and 314 million yuan respectively, with gross margins of 48.8%, 48.6%, and 51.3%. Sour-jujube cake products contributed over 84% of annual revenues, while the top customer accounted for 22.9% of 2025 sales, indicating concentrated customer dependency.
