Qwen App Opens Third-Party Agent Integration; Luckin Coffee, KFC, China Eastern Launch First

According to PANews, on June 3, Qwen App announced it has fully opened integration for third-party Agents and Skills to all enterprises. Luckin Coffee, KFC, and China Eastern Airlines were among the first to launch Skills, offering services such as in-store order pickup. Enterprises can customize Agent personas and service boundaries within Qwen, using conversational interfaces to deliver products and services. Agents feature memory and proactive planning capabilities, enabling active user engagement across scenarios including travel reminders, benefits expiration alerts, and repurchase recommendations.
