Russia Intercepts 16 Ukrainian Drones Over Moscow on June 12; Ukraine Strikes Russian Energy Facilities

According to Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, Ukraine launched 16 drone strikes toward Moscow on June 12, all of which were intercepted by mid-afternoon. The Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff reported simultaneous strikes on Russian energy facilities in Dagestan and Samara regions, including the Dagestan Oil Refinery and Taif-Nizhnekaмsk Refinery, both caught fire. Strikes also targeted military and logistics sites in Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Luhansk.
