According to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, on Monday, Russia warned Armenia that departing from Moscow's integration path could result in losing the "extremely attractive" natural gas pricing it currently receives. Peskov stated that Russia's pricing for Armenia is "very, very advantageous" and even exceeds typical discounts, but noted such favorable terms would not be extended to participants in other integration frameworks such as the European Union, where pricing follows market mechanisms.
