Russia's Tuapse Port in Black Sea Hit by Large-Scale Ukrainian Drone Strike, One Dead and One Injured

Gate News message, April 20 — A major Ukrainian drone strike targeted Tuapse Port, a key Russian logistics facility on the Black Sea coast in Krasnodar Krai, early this morning, according to regional governor Sergei Kondratyev. The attack resulted in one death and one injury, with debris from intercepted drones falling across the city and damaging multiple buildings including a kindergarten, elementary school, and residential apartment blocks.

Fires broke out in the port area, with reports indicating oil refinery facilities and other petroleum infrastructure were struck. Kondratyev confirmed the extent of damage across the region but provided no details on the operational status of port facilities. Ukraine has not yet commented on the attack.
