Samsung Electronics Minority Shareholders Oppose 10.5% Performance Bonus Deal, Call for National Pension Fund Veto

According to Korean Economic Television, Samsung Electronics minority shareholders on July 18 demanded that the National Pension Service exercise voting rights to reject a wage agreement that would distribute up to 10.5% of semiconductor operating profit as performance bonuses. The shareholders' platform Act claims the agreement was finalized without shareholder approval.
