Sands China Q2 Adjusted Property EBITDA Declines 24% to $430M, Impacted by VIP Turnover Anomaly

According to Sands China's second quarter earnings report, adjusted property EBITDA declined 24.03% year-over-year to $430 million, driven primarily by an unusually low win rate in VIP turnover gaming. Total net revenue fell 0.8% to $1.78 billion, while net income dropped 50% to $107 million. The company noted that reduced high-end customer visits during the World Cup period at its Macau and Singapore properties contributed to the impact, with effects becoming more pronounced in June.
