Satsuma Technology Shareholders Approve 668 BTC Liquidation, LSE Delisting on July 20

Per a July 20 filing, more than 90% of Satsuma Technology shareholders voted to liquidate its entire Bitcoin holdings and cancel its London Stock Exchange listing. The company will sell 668 BTC worth approximately $43.5 million, with cash assets of £26.8 million-£30 million to be returned to shareholders. The U.K.-based Bitcoin treasury firm's stock has declined 97% in value over the past year.
