Securitize Capital Gains SEC-Registered Investment Adviser License on July 25

According to The Block, Securitize Capital LLC, a subsidiary of publicly traded tokenization firm Securitize, officially gained SEC-registered investment adviser status on Monday (July 25). The registration enables the company to work more closely with asset managers and institutional investors on tokenized investment strategies. With this approval, Securitize's U.S. platform now combines four regulated pieces: an SEC-registered investment adviser, an SEC-registered broker-dealer with an Alternative Trading System (ATS), an SEC-registered transfer agent, and fund administration services.
