SK Hynix 2x Leveraged ETF Plunges 70% From June Peak

According to LSEG data, the KODEX SK Hynix 2x Leveraged ETF has plunged 70% from its June peak, while declining approximately 50% since its May 27 launch. South Korean retail investors have suffered significant losses from AI-driven leveraged bets, with net inflows of 14 trillion won (approximately $9.4 billion) into single-stock leveraged ETFs since their introduction, according to KB Financial Group data.

One investor expressed frustration on a Korean online trading forum: "I want to go back to before I started investing in stocks. Give me my money back."
