SK Hynix Plans $29 Billion Nasdaq ADR Listing on July 10

According to Bloomberg, SK Hynix plans to raise approximately $29 billion via a Nasdaq American depositary receipt (ADR) listing expected on July 10. The deal could become the largest first-time US share sale by a foreign company. The South Korean memory chipmaker holds about 60 percent of the global high-bandwidth memory (HBM) market, supplying chips used in AI servers and processors as AI demand continues to rise.
