On July 21, South Korea's Ministry of Science and ICT and National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA) announced the launch of the "All for AI" program, which will allocate up to 512 Nvidia B200 GPUs to 2–3 selected companies to provide free AI services to all citizens. Selected companies will begin beta testing in September 2026 and officially launch universal AI chatbots and public AI agent services by December 2026. The government will provide subsidies of approximately 6.76 billion Korean won for companies receiving 256 GPUs and 3.38 billion won for those receiving 128 GPUs. Participating companies must prioritize domestic AI models for at least 50% of output tokens and use other domestic models for an additional 30%. Application deadline is August 11, with final selection expected in September.
