South Korean Retail Investors Boost U.S. Stock Net Buying Fourfold Amid Domestic Market Volatility

According to the Financial Investment Association, on July 25, South Korean retail investors increased their net purchases of U.S. stocks fourfold within a month as domestic stock market volatility intensified. Investor deposits, a key indicator of market liquidity, dropped to around 100 trillion Korean won.

Simultaneously, credit-based trading declined while short-selling activity rose, signaling weakening investor sentiment.
