According to Yonhap Infomax, South Korea's Industry Minister Kim Jeong-gwan spoke at a forum on July 15 titled 'Corporate Investment and the Future of Labor in the AI Era.' The minister emphasized that companies must convert profits into investment for the future. He also stated that refusing change poses greater risk than change itself, and that small delayed adjustments will inevitably lead to larger restructuring. Kim stressed that labor and management must become partners focused on growth rather than competing over distribution.
