South Korea's KOSPI Switches to Bottom Zone as Foreign Investors Net Buy 2.6 Trillion Won

According to Kiwoom Securities, foreign investors switched to net buying yesterday, purchasing 2.6 trillion Korean won of KOSPI-listed shares including 1.7 trillion won in semiconductor stocks, marking the largest single-day inflow since May 6. The KOSPI fell below the 7000-point level, which analysts consider the market's floor zone after initial gains of over 6% retreated amid Alphabet earnings-related caution and geopolitical tensions between the U.S. and Iran.
