SpaceX Prices Record $75 Billion IPO at $135 Per Share, Valuing Company at $1.75 Trillion

According to a source familiar with the matter, SpaceX plans to price its initial public offering at $135 per share and sell 555.6 million shares on June 3, raising $75 billion. The offering would value the rocket and satellite communications company at approximately $1.75 trillion, surpassing Saudi Aramco's 2019 IPO as the largest by proceeds. SpaceX's roadshow is set to begin on June 4. The company is reserving up to 30% of the offering for individual investors and plans to use proceeds to expand AI computing resources and its satellite network.
