StarkWare Reduces STRK Delegation Program Validators to 31, Raises Per-Validator Cap to 20M STRK

According to StarkWare, the project proposes to significantly restructure its STRK delegation program, reducing validators from over 130 to a maximum of 31 within five weeks. Per-validator delegation will increase to between 15 million and 20 million STRK. Channel A offers 26 slots for validators with 99% uptime on mainnet over the past three months and meeting one of: top-8 STRK staking rank (excluding StarkWare and Starknet Foundation), leading cross-chain infrastructure provider, or ecosystem developer paying at least 2,000 USD in monthly fees. Channel B reserves 5 slots for active community members meeting 99% uptime on both mainnet and testnet, each receiving 5 million STRK. The community has two weeks for feedback.
