According to an official announcement on July 26, Storj Labs, which operates the decentralized cloud storage project Storj, filed for voluntary bankruptcy under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia. The company emphasized that the restructuring is intended to address existing debt and will not impact service or network operations. Storj Labs stated it will maintain normal business operations and customer service continuity throughout the bankruptcy proceedings.
