Strategy Proposes Increasing STRC Preferred Stock Dividend Payment Frequency to Twice Monthly

According to Strategy's official announcement on June 2, the company proposed adjusting STRC preferred stock dividend payment frequency from monthly to twice monthly (semi-monthly disbursement). The proposal aims to shorten dividend reinvestment wait times and improve market liquidity and trading efficiency.

The amendment will take effect only if approved by both MSTR common stockholders and STRC preferred stockholders. Shareholders can vote through their respective brokerage accounts, with Alliance Advisors serving as the authorized proxy solicitation agent to facilitate the voting process.
