According to SEC 8-K filing, Strive acquired 21 Bitcoin during July 13–17 at an average price of approximately $63,221 per BTC. As of July 17, the company's cumulative Bitcoin holdings reached 19,921 BTC, along with 505,000 shares of Strategy STRC preferred stock (fair value approximately $43.07 million) and approximately $157.4 million in cash.
