According to CoinDesk, Strive announced that its Series A Preferred Stock (SATA) will begin paying daily cash dividends starting June 16, marking the first daily-dividend-paying listed security in U.S. market history. While the nominal annualized dividend rate remains 13%, the high-frequency compounding effect of approximately 250 working days per year raises the effective annualized yield to 13.88%, an increase of 7.6 basis points compared to a monthly dividend structure.
